Our Policies
Clear, transparent, and crafted to ensure a smooth experience with Fior di Vita London.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Each arrangement is made to order using carefully selected flowers. Because our products are perishable, the following terms apply:
-
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm bespoke orders and event bookings.
This deposit secures your chosen date and covers flowers and materials purchased in advance.
- Until a deposit is received, we reserve the right to release the date if another confirmed booking is made.
- Once the deposit is received, your event date is secured exclusively for you.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be transferred to a new date in case of postponement.
Cancellations: If you cancel before flowers are purchased, any payment made above the deposit will be refunded. If flowers have already been purchased, the deposit will not be refunded.
Balance payments: If a refund applies, it only applies to the remaining amount paid above the deposit. Any eligible refund will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of confirmation.
Postponements: We’ll always try to accommodate a new date. Deposits remain non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be transferred to a new date.
Exceptional circumstances: If we cannot fulfil an order due to supply issues or unforeseen events on our side full refund or alternative solution will be offered
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We collect only the information needed to process enquiries and orders, deliver our services, and improve the website experience.
- Data we collect: name, contact details, order/enquiry details, and any message you provide.
- How we use it: to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver orders, improve our service, and maintain records.
- Sharing: we do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to run our business (e.g., payment processors).
- Cookies: used for basic analytics and to improve your browsing experience.

Terms & Conditions
- All arrangements are handmade and may vary slightly from images due to seasonal availability.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details, event addresses, and access instructions. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- Delivery times are provided as a window, not an exact guarantee. While we aim to deliver at the agreed time, delays due to traffic, access restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
- Some flowers and foliage may be toxic if ingested or may cause allergic reactions. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies and to ensure arrangements are kept away from children and pets.
- In extreme circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as government restrictions, pandemics, or national emergencies), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule without liability. Where possible, refunds or transfers will be offered.
- Our responsibility extends only to the flowers and arrangements we supply and set up. We are not liable for venue restrictions, third-party damages, or interference once the installation is complete.
- While every effort is made to match colours and styles as closely as possible, flowers are a natural product and may vary slightly in shade, size, or shape.
- Once arrangements are delivered or installed, responsibility passes to the client/venue. We cannot be held liable for damage caused by guests, catering, temperature fluctuations, or interference by third parties.
- A refundable security deposit may be required for certain hire items which will be discussed prior the event. All hired items (vases, stands, candles, arches, props, etc.) remain the property of Fior di Vita. Any loss, damage, or failure to return hire items will be charged at full replacement value.
- We provide care instructions to help you enjoy your flowers for as long as possible. Longevity will always depend on natural conditions beyond our control.
- We reserve the right to use our professional judgment and creativity in all arrangements to ensure the highest quality and presentation.
- All designs created by Fior di Vita remain our intellectual property. Clients may not replicate or reproduce our designs for commercial purposes without permission.
- We may photograph our work for use in our portfolio, social media, and marketing. We will never share personal client details without consent. If you prefer your arrangements not to be photographed, please inform us in writing at the time of booking. Images will be used tastefully and without reference to private details.
- Large installations, candles, and props may require specific venue approval or health & safety measures. It is the client’s responsibility to check with the venue and ensure compliance.
- If no one is available to receive the flowers at the agreed address, or if access is not possible, we reserve the right to leave the flowers in a safe place, with a neighbour, or return them. A re-delivery charge may apply.
- Payment must be made in full before delivery, before the event date, or by any specifically agreed date.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or circumstances beyond our control.
- By using this website and our services, you agree to these policies. We thank you for choosing Fior di Vita, and we look forward to creating something truly special for you.
- Fior di Vita reserves the right to amend these policies and terms at any time. Updates will take effect once published on our website. We recommend clients review the latest version prior to booking.
Substitutions: In the event that certain flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.
